I'm excited to be sharing the first of my cards for Hello Bluebird Stamps today and their Black Friday release which goes live tonight Thanksgiving night at MIDNIGHT MST. To create this card I first used Distress Oxide Ink in Victorian Velvet and ink blended the upper portion of the Snowy Sky Scene Die softly. The snowy ground was ink blended delicately with Speckled Egg. The pieces were were adhered to a white panel of cardstock either directly or with foam tape behind with the lowest portion.
On Copic friendly cardstock I stamped my images from Feed The Birds using Memento Ink in Rich Cocoa. The images were coloured using a limited colour palette, fussy cut and backed with foam tape and applied to the scene.
For the finishing touches a white gel pen highlighted a few points, the sentiment was stamped and applied and I used Stickles glitter in Crystal to add some twinkle to the snow.

ReplyDeleteHello Bluebird will restock Vicki so keep checking back at their website for genuine HB stamps. Manufacturing during this pandemic has resulted in delays and other frustrations but they always restock - promise!
