Hello friends and welcome to my blog to see my inspiration card for the My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge #540. I hope you feel compelled to enter your own project for a chance to win a $50 gift voucher.
To create my card I first ink blended a white panel of cardstock using Distress Oxide Inks, transitioning through 3 colours. I then used the Ray of Light Stencil and white pigment ink and ink blended in a subtle 'ray' appearance. I then used the Flower Silhouettes stamp set and black ink and randomly stamped the floral images which nicely pop against the pastel background.
I used Stitched Fishtail Sentiment strips (medium die) from the set of Die-namics and die cut 4 strips. I backed these with foam tape and applied them measured equally apart on a panel of Prestige Cardstock in Gravel Grey.
I die cut more of the same grey cardstock using the Sweet Hello Die, cutting twice from grey and once more in white. I adhered them together slightly offsetting the white on the top for shadow affect and adhered. The panel was attached to a white cardstock base and then was complete!
