Hello friends, welcome to my blog and my third card for Alex Syberia Design's brand new Spring Meadow Release. Keep scrolling to see one of my previous cards and the other can be found on Alex Syberia's own blog 4/19.
Once again, my card features the Hoppy Easter stamp set illustrated by Julian Charlton but this one could be an 'anytime card' although I'll grant you this is feeling quite Spring like.
To create this card I have used:-
To start the card off, I took a white A2 panel of cardstock and die cut using the Charming Flora Cover Die. I adhered this to my card base. I then used the the Postage Stamps items to create the 3 'stamps' and I stencil ink blended the backgrounds, the grass was Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Ink and the skies were Kitsch Flamingo, Scattered Straw and Tumbled Glass. I backed these stamps with either one or two layers of dimensional foam tape and adhered to the background.
I stamped the images from Hoppy Easter using black ink and coloured the images with the following Copic markers:-
Bunnies - E41, C1, C0, C00
Tulips - YR07, Y38, YG13
Sun - YR07, Y38, Y15, Y02
Mint - BG32, BG11, G0000
Pink - RV02, RV10
Sparrows - E31, E41
Damselflies - BG32, BG11, W3
Images were die cut using the coordinating die set, backed with foam tape and applied to each stamp creating a sweet little scene within each.
Just one remaining task to finish and that was to stamp and die cut the sentiment (several are included within the set for different occasions). This strip of course was applied with a double layer of foam tape so that it keeps up with the dimension on the rest of the card.
Thanks for stopping by!
