To create this card I stamped the background scene and coloured it with Copic markers. I stamped the sentiment which you can find HERE. I highlighted a few points with a white gel pen and added some shimmer to the glassy windows.
I die cut the frame from white cardstock. Frame is from my stash of Mama Elephant products and was backed with foam tape and applied to the background which in turn was applied to a 110lb white cardstock base.
I stamped the image of the hedgehog riding the moped on to Copic friendly cardstock and also coloured and highlighted it, then fussy cut, backed with foam tape and applied it to the scene.
