My Favorite Things - November Release Countdown Day 2

It's Countdown Day 2 to the November 8th release by MFT Stamps and today I have a new card featuring the following products:-

Coffee Mug Die-namics

Stackable Snowflakes Die-namics

Coffee & Conversation Stamps

Joyful Plaid 6 x 6 Paper Pad

I decided on a simple design which I thought would be a great idea for the mass production of thank you cards over the holiday season.

I created an A2 pattern panel from the paper pad and from it I die cut the Coffee Mug.   To cover the hole the coffee mug left, I layered over a green panel of prestige cardstock that was slightly smaller and then created another panel of white cardstock that was smaller again and I adhered them in a stack and then to the card base.

I put the card in my Misti and triple stamped the sentiment from Coffee & Conversation for a nice bold image.  I used Memento Ink in Rich Cocoa for this.

I backed the mug die cut with dimensional foam tape and centred the body of the mug under the sentiment.  I then die cut the smallest snowflakes from Stackable Snowflakes from sparkling silver cardstock and applied it to the mug with a dot of glue in the centre and then I slightly teased up the edges to make it more dimensional.

Last but not least I applied some sparkling clear sequins.

My Favorite Things - September Release - Countdown Day 1

It's Countdown Day 1 to tomorrow's release by MFT Stamps - available for purchase at 10am Eastern!  My card today features the new Happy Camper Stamp set.

Joyful Plaid 6 x 6 Paper Pad

I created panels using the A2 Double Stitched Rectangles Die-namics and I used the Joyful Plaid paper pad to create the pretty one from which I pulled the colours that I would colour the scene with.

The feature panel was ink blended to create a sky focal point and the sentiment was stamped on a strip and I attached a grass edge behind the strip and stuck this down to the panel.

I stamped the images from Happy Camper and coloured them with the following Copic colours:-

Fir Trees - G94, G24, YG61

Camper - RV02, W3, W2, W1, W00, B000

Moose - E44, E43, E42, E41

Fox - E37, E99, E13

Images were subtly highlighted and then attached the scene with foam tape followed by attaching a few sparkling clear sequins for bright accents.

Welcome to Countdown Day 3 to MFT Stamp's September 13th release at 10am Eastern.  I have a new card to share with you today revealing products from the new release.

Joyful Plaid 6 x 6 Paper Pad

I created my panels including one using the lovely new Joyful Plaid 6 x 6 Paper Pad.   With the feature panel I ink blended a subtle background just to ground everything and stamped the sentiment.

I stamped the images from Cozy Days With You and coloured them with the following Copic colours:-

Bunny Dress - RV02, RV10, W5, W3, W1

Bunny - E87, E44, E43, E42, E41

Yellow - YR31, W5, W3, W1

Pumpkins - G21, YG61, W5, W3, W1

Hedgehog - E87, E44, E43, E42, W1, W0

Scarf - B00, B000, W1

I used a white gel pen to dot in some interest and highlights then used two tuft of grass images from the stamp set to stamp in some grass and then applied the die cut images to the scene with foam tape.

It's Countdown Day 4 to MFT Stamp's September 13th release at 10am Eastern.  Today I'm sharing a card using the new Pretty Poinsettias stamp set.

Joyful Plaid 6 x 6 Paper Pad

This is a 5 3/4 inch square card and I started by creating the 4 panels of prestige cardstock and one pretty plaid panel from the new Joyful Plaid paper pad which is absolutely gorgeous!

With the feature panel I ink blended a focal point in white and splattered it with white acrylic paint and stamped the sentiment once dry.

I stamped and coloured the Poinsettia stamp set images.  Here are the Copic colours used:-

Variegated Poinsettias - R37, R24, R22, R20, R00, YG01, YG00

Leaves - YG97, YG93, YG61

Pinecones - E87, E4, E42

Images were die cut and applied with 1 or 2 layers of foam tape to build dimension.

To finish up I used Stickles glitter in Diamond and glittered the edges of each component in the floral swag for a lovely frosted look which of course is far more exciting in person!
