Pretty Pink Posh - Floral Wreath Builder Die

Welcome to my blog and another card that I've created for Pretty Pink Posh that showcases products from their very pretty brand new release which is available for purchase.

Today my card uses the following products:-

This is a 5 x 5 inch square card.  I started with creating the pink card base.  I then used white cardstock and the Notched Squares Die to create a pair of notched panels.   One was glued inside the card base for an added surprise and to be written on.

The second die cut was glued to a mini gingham patterned panel from my stash which in turn was glued to a white panel panel.  This was all glued to the pink card base and set to one side.

Using the Floral Wreath Builder Die, I die cut all of the different elements used in my wreath.  The base of my wreath is comprised of two die-cuts from heavy weight vellum that I had first ink blended with a minty shade of ink.  The die set comes with a circle die.  I used this to reinforce the wreath so I glued one leafy vellum round to one circle, then I added another leafy round slightly offset and then the second circle was adhered.

I teased the leaves to make them lovely and floaty and dimensional and then I added flowers, greenery and the bow which were die cut from pastel cardstock scraps in my stash.

To complete the card I stamped the sentiment from Friend Greetings, I felt this one fit within the wreath nicely.  I die cut using the coordinating die set and applied with a double layer of foam tape.

Last but not least, a few sparkling clear sequins were scattered and glued to the wreath.

Thanks for stopping by!
