Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog today where I have a new Christmas project for Hello Bluebird Stamps. Here are the products used:-
My card started with sizing an A2 panel of patterned cardstock taken from the Holiday Dreams 6 x 6 paper pack by Pinkfresh Studio. I die cut the postage frame from white cardstock and snipped apart 2 of the 'stamps' that die cut at the same time as the frame. I backed the frame with dimensional foam tape and applied it to the background which I then glued to the card base and set to one side.
I stamped images from December post on the stamps and coloured with the following Copic markers:-
Bear - E44, E31, E42, E41, E40, YG41, R22, R20, R00
I backed the stamps with foam tape and applied in the upper corner.
The candy cane from Candy Cane Lane was made into a shaker. I did this by die-cutting the solid frame of the candy cane from the same patterned cardstock. I then die cut the striped candy cane die several times from white cardstock, glueing them in a stack but before closing the shaker I sprinkled some glitter into each stripe opening then closed the window using a die cut made from acetate and then final white die cut on top.
I die cut the fir, holly leaves and berries using white, sparkling silver and sparkling red cardstock. I ink blended the leaves and one fir sprig (also added a little Copic) and grouped them together and glued everything into position finishing with the candy can perched on top. Super dimensional!
To finish the card I formed a bow with the ribbon and then glued it into position for a finishing flourish.
Thanks for coming by and happy crafting!
