There's a new and summery card kit from MFT Stamps available for purchase tomorrow July 25th at 10am Eastern. Introducing the Something Sweet Card Kit.
I've used:-
Never-Ending Love Background Stamp
Stitched Rectangle Frames Die-namics
So first up I created a background using the new paper pad (which I LOVE) and I stamped the Never-Ending Love background stamp image using Versamark Ink and heat embossed in white. I scaled this panel down and glued it to an A2 panel of white cardstock and then layered over the frame, popped up on dimensional foam tape.
I die cut the Cotton Candy Cone and ink blended in pastel shades of Distress Oxide Ink. I stamped the word 'You're' from the Something Sweet sentiment set and then assembled the Cotton Candy Cone. I decided to give mine the look of an ice-cream cone and applied glue to the edge and then dipped it in Twinklets Diamond Dust 'glitter' for a frosted look. I just wanted to show the versatility of the die-namics.
I backed the ice-cream cone with dimensional tape and applied it to the background and then the final touch was to die cut the word 'Sweet' 3 times and glue them in a stack then to the card.
I'll be back tomorrow at the time of the release with a different project. See you then!
