Hello Bluebird Stamps - Preview Day 2 of the August Release

Hello and welcome to Day 2 of Preview for the August 11th new release by Hello Bluebird Stamps at 7pm MST.  Today my card features the new 'Oh Happy Day' stamps set and coordinating dies together with 'By The Numbers' a fun new number die set and I have also used Nesting Deckle A2 Die and a few elements from another stamp set being revealed today called 'Cake Time'.

I created a kraft A2 panel and over this I layered a white panel I'd die cut using the largest from the Nesting Deckle set.  I backed it with white craft foam and stuck it down.  I then ink blended a pink focal point and splashed it with water to distress it a little.   'Birthday hugs' was stamped in the lower corner.  Make sure you read all the way to the end of my post today to find out how you can win a $50 to put towards your new release purchases.

I had some rose gold glitter cardstock in my paper stash and used 'By The Numbers' to create 14 for an upcoming birthday for my niece, these were backed with foam tape, centred and applied.

I stamped and coloured the images using the following Copic colours:-

Fox - E17, E15, E13, E11, W5 W4, W3

Bluebirds - B04, BG02, B41 B91, BG0000

Piglet - RV42, R11, R30, R00, R000, W3, W2, W1, W0

Duck - E50, T2, T1, T0

Mouse - T3, T2, T1, T0, C00

Bunny - E31, E0000, W3, W1, W0, W00

The pink, blue and beige combinations from the animals were used for the balloon and bunting.

Images were die cut and applied with foam tape and to finish I highlighted just a few points with a white gel pen.
