Hello Bluebird Stamps - Holiday Release - Release Day!

 

The long wait is over!  The Hello Bluebird Stamps Holiday Release will be available for purchase at 7pm MST tonight!

Today my card previews the Snowman Hugs stamp set together with the Warm Hugs Words Die and the Snowy Countryside Square Scene Die.

Like all Hello Bluebird Scene Dies, I always die cut 110lb white cover weight cardstock.  I ink blended the parts with a little Cracked Pistachio then Speckled Egg Distress Oxide Inks then glued everything back together again on a 5 1/4 inch panel.

I stamped two of the images from the stamp set and coloured them with the following Copic markers:-

Snowmen - G00, G000, BG0000, C5, C3, C1, C00

Scarves - G00, G000, C5, C1, C00

Hats/Buttons - T6, T5, T4, T2, T1, W3, W1

Orange - YR09, YR04, Y38

Squirrel - W6, W5, W4, W3, W2, W0, W00

Bunny - E55, W3, W1, E0000

Blushes - RV42, R11, R000

I die cut and applied with foam tape and highlighted with a white gel pen.

I die cut the Warm Hugs die twice, once from charcoal cardstock and once more from silver glitter cardstock and glued them together slightly offset for the shadow affect.

Lastly I stamped the sentiment and applied it tucked underneath!
