Hello, I have a new card today for Pink & Main featuring their adorable new stamp set called Critters With Flowers. This card also uses the Critters With Flowers Coordinating Die and the new Pocket Full Of Posies Embossing Folder.
I started by using the embossing folder with a slightly smaller than A2 white cardstock panel. Once the panel was embossed I then came in with Distress Inks in Spun Sugar, Dried Marigold and Scattered Straw and inked a soft blend. This panel was glued to the prepared card base.
I then used a frame die from my stash to die cut the focal point background and frame. I ink blended the focal point panel with Spun Sugar ink, I stamped the sentiment and glued it to the embossed panel. The frame was then applied with foam tape.
I use black Memento Ink to stamp the Raccoon and flowers from Critters With Flowers. I coloured with Copic markers:-
Raccoon - T6, T5, T3, T1, T0
Pink - RV02, RV10
Mint - BG11
Orange - YR82
Yellow - E51
Images were die cut and applied to the focal point and frame using dimensional foam tape (behind the Raccoon and butterfly is a double layer).
Keeping this card simple with the finishes, I just used a white gel pen to highlight a few points and then I adhered 'Splash Drops' for subtle accents.
Happy crafting!
