My Favorite Things - Introducing The 'Ready, Set, Christmas Challenge'

BRAND NEW CHALLENGE FOR 2023!!

MFT Stamps has a brand new challenge for 2023 in place of the Slimline Challenge.  Would you like to be a member (or STAY a member) of the Christmas card club? This challenge is for you! Join the team each month in crafting cards in anticipation of the 2023 holiday season. Here’s your chance to do something nice for your future self, AND enter yourself for a chance to win $50 to spend on some new MFT goodies. There’s no requirement other than to share a new holiday-themed card created after the challenge is issued each month. Enter as many new cards as you’d like because the goal is to be ready for the holiday season. So, put on your jingle bells…it’s time to get merry!

My first inspiration card for this new 'Ready, Set, Christmas Challenge' uses the following MFT products:-

I prepared 3 panels - 2 in white and one in red cardstock and graded their size.  With the smallest white panel I used the Peek-a-Boo die to create the opening and I stamped the sentiment.  I set this all to one side.

I stamped and coloured the sELFie image using the following Copic markers:-

Skin - E13, E11, E21, E00
Blush - R22, R21, R20, R00
Green - G28, G19, G07
Red - RV69, R39, R37
Gold - Y19, Y15, Y06, T3, T2, T1
White - C3, C1, C0

I backed the top panel with dimensional foam tape and then adhered the square image behind the opening.  This panel was then stuck down to the red panel and then to the white.

3 snowflakes were die cut to add a finishing flourish to this CAS card.
